Today is the second day fasting. For
sahur, husband wanted to teach me how to cook steamed minced chicken+egg.
Ingredients:
1) Chicken meat
2) Egg
3) White pepper
4) Salt
5) Oyster sauce
6) Spring onions
~Firstly, cut chicken into small pieces & then mince the chicken

using two knives-like Masterchef huh. |
~Secondly, add egg, white pepper, oyster sauce & salt
~Steam it
~Lastly throw in spring onions
